Job Description for a Customer Care Executive
1. Work to be Done Scope:
All voice calls from ZOMATO Delivery partners will be handled by the Service Partner; Hindi and English are needed.
Each agent must speak, write, and understand Hindi and English with ease.
Qualifications Standards
Applying are both freshmen and experienced, graduates and undergraduates.
Candidates with experience must have a minimum of six months of verified post-training experience in any capacity related to customer service. Any past knowledge.

Voice Versant Test: Minimum Level 4

Putting in Shifts
Both men and women should feel at ease working round-the-clock shifts.
Days of Work
Six workdays plus one rotating day off
Income 1.25–2 Lacs P.A.
