Regarding the position: Principal Duties:


a. Managing campaigns:

1. Create, implement, and enhance performance marketing campaigns on various digital platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and others.

2. Create and oversee campaigns for programmatic, social media, video, display, and paid search advertising.

b. Developing a strategy:

1. Find fresh angles for expansion and creative ways to boost the effectiveness of your campaigns.

c. Data reporting and analysis:

1. Keep an eye on and evaluate critical performance indicators, such as ROI, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and CPA.

2. Produce performance reports on a regular basis that offer analysis and optimization suggestions.

3. Use A/B testing to enhance landing pages, targeting, and ad creatives.

d. Budget management: 1. To optimize return on investment, manage and distribute the performance marketing budget wisely.
2. Monitor and report on expenditures to make sure campaigns don’t go over budget.

e. SEO and SEM: 1. Put SEO tactics into practice and refine them to raise organic search results and increase traffic.
2. To improve visibility and conversion rates, carry out keyword research and create SEM campaigns.

f. Cooperation and communication: 1. Create engaging advertisements by closely collaborating with content producers, designers, and other stakeholders.
2. Landing pages and creatives.
3. Keep abreast of emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends.

g. Optimizing the customer journey and funnel:
1. To increase conversion rates, map out customer journeys and optimize marketing funnels.
2. To improve user experience and engagement across touchpoints, apply data insights.

2. Because the company is based outside of India and their local work hours are 10:00 am – 7:00 pm India Standard Time, the candidate must be available to work from 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm Indian Standard Time.

Additional prerequisites Qualifications:

1. More than two years of digital advertising and performance marketing experience.

2. A track record of effectively overseeing social media, PPC, display, and programmatic advertising campaigns.

Technical Proficiency:

1. Expertise in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and others.

2. Excellent analytical abilities and familiarity with reporting and data analysis software.

3. Knowledge of the finest SEO and SEM techniques.

Soft Skills:

Outstanding teamwork and communication abilities.

3. Capacity to oversee several projects and deadlines in a hectic setting.

Pay Range: ₹ 3,60,000 – 4,20,000 per annum
