In 2024, college and high school students can apply for a free Starbucks internship program offered by Tata Starbucks. The initiative is a collaboration between Starbucks Coffee and Tata Global Beverages. Students can work in a variety of departments through the internship program, including supply chain, technology, finance, and more. The program is all-inclusive and offers chances at the Starbucks Support Center with different positions and requirements in several departments.
Starbucks Coffee Company and Tata Global Beverages have a 50:50 joint venture called Starbucks India. At the moment, they are present in 23 cities and have over 220 stores thanks to a network of more than 2,200 ardent partners, or employees.

Qualifications
Students aiming for a pass in the 10th or 11th grade.

The apprentice is in charge of modeling and behaving in a way that adheres to TATA Starbucks’ core values.
Program Structure
Paid apprenticeship lasting 12 months that includes on-the-job training.
Nine hours a day, five days a week, with one hour off in between.
Online evaluation after three and eleven months.
After the program is successfully completed, a government-recognized certificate bearing the Starbucks co-brand is awarded.
