Concerning the Reliance
With a combined revenue of ₹10,122 Crore (US$119.9 billion) and a net profit of Rs ₹79,020 Crore (US$9.5 billion) for the fiscal year that concluded on March 31, 2024, Reliance is the biggest private sector firm in India. Exploration and production of hydrocarbons, petroleum refining and marketing, petrochemicals, advanced materials and composites, renewables (hydrogen and solar), financial services, retail, and digital services are all areas of Reliance’s operations. According to Forbes’ 2024 Global 2000 rankings, Reliance is the most successful Indian company, coming in at number 49. Reliance is the biggest private sector firm in India to be listed in Fortune’s Global 500 list of “World’s Largest Companies” for 2024, with a current ranking of 86.
Qualifications
Eligible Disciplines: Available to third-year students graduating in the 2026 Batch. Chemical, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, metallurgical, and fire engineering are among the fields that qualify.
Full-Time Engineering at AICTE-Approved Colleges: Attending AICTE-approved colleges full-time to pursue a BE or BTech.
Minimum CGPA or percentage: 60% or 6% in the 10th, 12th, and diploma programs, if applicable, and a minimum total of 60% or higher in engineering (up to the most recent semester).
No Cases of Detention or Active Backlogs: Students who have ever been placed in academic detention or who currently have active backlogs are not eligible.
