The duties and obligations of a women’s internship

Oversee the entire hiring process for various positions within the company, including posting job openings, sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.

Sourcing Candidates: Use a range of resources, such as job boards, social media, networking, and recommendations, to locate and entice potential candidates.

Plan and execute the interview process to ensure that candidates enjoy the hiring process.

Cooperation: To develop effective recruitment strategies, work together with hiring managers to fully comprehend their needs.

Talent Pipeline: Establish and maintain a talent pipeline in case you need to hire people in the future.
