BUSINESS PRESENTATION SPECIALIST ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES AT MCKINSEY AND COMPANY
Create clear and impactful visual presentations with PowerPoint, transforming ideas into compelling slides and visual narratives.
Edit and improve existing materials, ensuring that all documents meet our quality standards.
Collaborate closely with consultants to understand their needs and generate creative solutions with your team.
Engage in a learning-rich environment, managing presentations of various contents, forms, audiences, and purposes, gaining broad exposure to McKinsey’s diverse industry operations.
Participate in a comprehensive five-week paid training program to create effective visuals and master a customized version of PowerPoint.
KEY BUSINESS PRESENTATION SPECIALIST SKILLS NEEDED FOR MCKINSEY ENTRY-LEVEL JOB:
Effective verbal and written communication in English (CEFR or equivalent, B2 level).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, and strong typing skills.
A meticulous attention to detail, a quality-oriented mindset, and a dedication to continuous improvement.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
A strong desire to learn, collaborate, and share information across regions and teams.
Experience in design or graphics is desirable but not required.
