Regarding the internship
You will get the chance to learn from seasoned industry experts and obtain practical experience in the hiring process as an intern with Marpu Foundation. Our curriculum is made to push and motivate you to become the best talent acquisition specialist you can be.
Day-to-day duties for the chosen intern include:
1. Finding and vetting applicants for different roles within the company
2. Publishing job postings, going over resumes, making preliminary phone calls, and setting up interviews
3. Arranging interviews and making sure all the required arrangements are made in coordination with the hiring managers
4. Gathering a minimum of 15 to 20 candidates in order to fulfill the internship requirements and obtain certification.
PS: Those who enrolled in this internship ought not to enroll in the same organization’s writing internship. In a given week, only one internship may be started. They will be kicked out of the internship program if they do this.
