Concerning the Program
The Aspire Institute offers a fully funded 14-week online leadership program called the Global Aspire Leaders Program. Its goal is to assist students in realizing their full potential and developing into well-rounded professionals. Through this program, participants will gain the ability to identify and capitalize on their strengths in order to make a positive difference in their communities. It is a manageable interactive leadership development journey that you can take on in addition to your other responsibilities.


Engaging master classes led by distinguished academics, conversations with a worldwide peer network, and the opportunity to seek mentorship and financial incentives will empower emerging leaders to develop their skills and abilities.

Concerning Aspire Institute
In 2017, the Harvard University’s Mittal South Asia Institute hosted the Aspire Institute, an autonomous non-profit organization. Developed by Drs. Tarun Khanna and Karim Lakhani, two Harvard Business School professors, it broke away from Harvard in 2022 with the goal of assisting all youth in realizing their full potential and using their skills and leadership to create vibrant communities Free Harvard Course.

Aspire Horizons Course: Harvard University faculty members create and instruct a six-session course on leadership development.
