Lead different orientation and training sessions for hosts and interns. Minimum requirements:
A bachelor’s degree or comparable real-world experience
Two years of staffing and program or project management experience
Preferred credentials:
Proficiency in achieving outcomes via effective program design and execution
demonstrated capacity to influence partners or clients outside the company and secure support for ideas
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving talents; meticulous, methodical, and capable of strategic and innovative thought
