Summary
Provide technical support to clients, partners, field engineers, and other product support staff who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems as a Technical Support Engineering Intern, under supervision. You will carry out troubleshooting and associated analyses, escalate problems as necessary, or act as the point of escalation for extremely complicated problems.

Requirements for an internship in technical support engineering
