We can help everyone, from users who have never written a line of code to professional developers, create programs that complete their tasks faster and more accurately through a new frontier in AI called program synthesis. The actual computer programs are used in program synthesis.
By developing and releasing flagship Microsoft products like Excel, Visual Studio, PowerShell, and SQL Server Management Studio, the PROSE team is pushing the boundaries of program synthesis. In order to create programs, PROSE has created a strong and adaptable framework for program synthesis that combines methods from machine learning and logical reasoning in novel ways.
The function and obligations of the Data Science Research Fellowship
We are hiring Research Fellows for one-year appointments that can be extended for an additional year and may lead to full-time positions in the research track.
Working with our team offers a singular opportunity to solve global customer problems at the nexus of cutting-edge AI research and practical application.
Fellows will work with and receive mentoring from seasoned researchers and engineers from a range of backgrounds, as well as actively participate in cutting edge systems and research.
They will produce research papers that further the field of program synthesis and write code that is shipped in production to millions of users.
Requirements for Fellowship in Data Science Research
Qualifications that are necessary:
Either a recent graduate in 2022 or a current student who will be completing their master’s or undergraduate program in the coming month.
