ICRO AMRIT INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME

The Indian Potash Limited (IPL), Department of Fertilizers, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, established the IPL Centre for Rural Outreach (ICRO), which is focused on youth productivity for prosperity. The ICRO Amrit Internship Program was introduced. The interns will work at NPC/IPL’s regional offices and headquarters. The internship will initially run for three months, with the possibility of four renewals. The internship program will be open all year long. Depending on the preferences of the interns and the needs of the relevant offices, the interns will be assigned to the Head office and regional offices of NPC / IPL.

Goals
To encourage youth and rural residents to pursue jobs related to productivity by improving their vocational skills.to raise awareness regarding the improvement of productivity in agriculture.to establish a network of young entrepreneurs equipped with the know-how to operate in rural areas.to strive toward improving the youth interface’s knowledge resources.to guarantee the preservation of natural resources and the sustainability of the environment.

Advantages
STIPEND
During the internship, the chosen intern will receive a stipend of ₹ 6,000/-per month.
APPROVED
Upon successfully completing the internship, the interns will receive an Internship Completion Certificate.
NOTE: The interns will not receive any reimbursement for transportation costs or other expenses.

Qualifications
The candidate for the internship must be an Indian national.
The candidate must be a graduate, a diploma holder, a 12th grader, or be in their final year of graduation.
The candidate must be between the ages of 18 and 45.
Priority, Preference, and Reservation
Candidates with qualifications in agriculture or a similar field will be given preference.

The applicant must register on the ICRO Amrit Internship Program’s official website. The candidate will select the “New Registration” section from the homepage.
Upon successful registration, the candidate will be able to obtain their login credentials.

B. Application form:

Next, the candidate must click the homepage’s “Already Registered” tab.Subsequently, the candidate must input their username and password and finish the application.Additionally, the applicant must upload their marksheet as a proof of qualification.The applicant must upload a recommendation letter from their institution, college, university, or other establishment in the format required by the application. (See page number seven.)after the application has been filled out. Press the submit button.

Note:

The NPC/IPL-established committee’s recommendations will be taken into consideration when choosing applicants.Depending on the preferences of the interns and the needs of the relevant offices, placement of the interns will take place at the head office and regional offices of NPC / IPL.In cases of discipline or misconduct, NPC, IPL, or ICRO may, at any time, and for any reason, terminate an intern’s engagement or program. In this case, the decision made by NPC, IPL, or ICRO will be final.
