You are responsible for ensuring that your employees are properly trained and that their needs are met so that they can focus on their work. You will ensure that Amazon policies, including attendance tracking, are implemented and enforced fairly and consistently. This includes motivating, coaching, reporting, and providing feedback on associate performance, such as productivity, quality, and safety, as a means of meeting or exceeding expectations. In addition, you will collaborate with third-party delivery providers to ensure that service contracts are being followed.

Eligibility criteria
A graduate looking to work in customer service, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing. – Demonstrates strong execution abilities, is action-oriented, and driven. – Resourceful in determining the best way to accomplish tasks with limited resources. – Ability to work under pressure. – The ability to work in ambiguous situations and devise solutions to problems as they arise. – Effective people management skills. – Confident in reading, writing, and communicating in English. – Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualification.
A self-motivated individual with the ability to motivate colleagues/team members. – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. – Proficiency with the Amazon system or a similar system. – As a leader, you should have 1-3 years of experience managing both processes and people.
Role and Responsibility
Managing daily, end-to-end operations for a single large site or a group of smaller sites. Executing inbound and outbound operations.
– Meeting customer-facing metrics while staying within budget and ensuring the safety and morale of the team reporting to you.
– Managing the performance of your team members. Creating and implementing training and development plans for associates.
– Continuously improve the delivery process to achieve a consistent level of delivery performance improvement.
– Conducting 4M and 5S audits for the delivery station every day.
– Fill in for Area Manager.
Capable of managing both day and night shifts.
